We are Richard & Hilary Waller, owners of Eastcott Vineyard in Devon.
Here we have a 6 acre vineyard, an on-site winery and three recently renovated self-catering holiday cottages.
We make both quality English sparkling using the traditional method and still wines on-site. The specific blends and types of wine vary each year, according to the crop.
